Hotel Policy

• In compliance with government regulations, all guests above the age of 18 must present a valid Photo ID at the time of check-in. Acceptable identification includes:

• Guests without valid ID proof will not be allowed to check in.
  
• The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check into the resort.
  
• Children between 6 to 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Additional charges may apply depending on the age and meal plan selected.
  
• The inclusion of an extra bed with your booking will be facilitated with a folding cot or mattress based on availability and room size.
  
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Upon booking, a confirmation email including the resort’s contact number will be sent. Guests are encouraged to contact us directly for early check-in or late check-out arrangements.

  Charges for optional facilities and services such as room service, snacks, or telephone usage are not included in the room tariff and will be billed at the time of check-out.
