Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Shri Vrindavan Resort, we are committed to offering a smooth and transparent booking experience. The following policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and applicable refunds.
Cancellation Terms
In case of a cancellation, the following refund structure will apply:
- 0 – 7 days prior to check-in: No refund will be issued.
- 8 – 14 days prior to check-in: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- 15 days or more prior to check-in: 100% of the total amount will be refunded.
Peak Season & Special Dates
No date changes or refunds will be applicable during the following periods, regardless of when the booking was made:
- Diwali Season (as defined by resort management)
- Christmas & New Year (20th December – 5th January)
- Long Weekends and Public Holidays
Refund Process
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 4 to 7 working days from the cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer only.
- Final refund approval remains at the discretion of Shri Vrindavan Resort management.
