1. Reservation Policy

• Eligibility: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
  • Check-In: 01:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Identification: Valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) is required at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted.
• Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI , bank transfers, and secure payment gateways.
• Room Allocation: Specific room requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Amendment Policy

• Amendments to reservations are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
• Rate differences due to changes in reservation dates will be applicable.
• Extensions of stay are subject to availability and current applicable rates.

3. Child Policy

• Children up to 5 years: Complimentary stay using existing bedding.
• Children aged 6-11 years: 50% of the adult rate.
• Children aged 12 years and above: Considered as adults and charged accordingly.

4. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the resort.
• Designated smoking areas are available on the premises.
• A cleaning fee of ₹5,000 will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.
• The resort reserves the right to charge for any repairs or replacements needed due to guest negligence.

6. Use of Personal Information

• Personal information collected during the reservation process is used solely for booking and communication purposes.
• We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without consent.

7. Force Majeure

• The resort is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
